Dice the mangos small (about 1/4"). Finely dice the red onion. Seed and mince the jalapeño. Chop the cilantro.

Step 1

Step 2
Combine everything in a bowl with the lime juice and salt. Taste and adjust lime and salt. Let it sit 10-15 min so the onion mellows and the flavors come together. Drain off excess juice before spooning over nachos.
